Some lawns are beyond saving due to damage; weeds and crab grasses take over. When this happens, the only way to go is a make over.
We begin by tilling which is sometimes called turning over the crust of the lawn. We then follow that process
with a landscape rake to remove sod, weeds, roots, etc., essentially
preparing a seed bed. Depending on the problem, we may put down grub
control, lime, etc. before hyrdro seeding. Note: sometimes more topsoil
may be needed depending upon how much is present.
